Payment/Policy

INSURANCE 

Currently, I am not on insurance panels.  Some insurance companies will provide partial reimbursement for psychotherapy sessions with out-of-network providers.

I can provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  Whether or not the insurance company will reimburse you for sessions depends upon the particular company and the specific coverage.  I recommend you call your insurance company to gather information about the specific mental health services covered.

RATE
Per therapeutic 50 minute session – $100.00.

 PAYMENT
Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
I accept cash and credit card payment.

 

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

I maintain a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling fee policy.  You will be responsible for the entire session fee if cancellation/rescheduling is less than 24 hours.

 LATE ARRIVALS:
Appointments are 50 minutes in length and begin and end promptly.   Late arrivals will generally be accommodated, but the session will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged the full session fee.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
